2.4. The Owner provides value-added services including, but not limited to:

• Search and comparison of available experiences
• Access to ticket availability not always accessible through official channels
• Customer support and booking management
• Optimization of availability and scheduling

2.5. This Website is not affiliated, endorsed, or officially connected with any monument, museum, or attraction displayed.

2.6. The Owner does not act as the merchant of record for the underlying experience. The User acknowledges that the service consists of facilitation and access to third-party services.

3. User Eligibility

3.1. The User declares that they are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

4. Use of the Website

4.1. The User agrees to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

• Attempting to manipulate prices or availability

5.1. A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5.2. The User is responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to payment.

6. Prices and Fees

6.1. Prices displayed include the total amount payable and may incorporate service fees, management costs, and commissions.

6.2. Prices may vary depending on demand, availability, and supplier conditions.

6.3. The User acknowledges that prices may differ from those offered directly by official providers.

6.4. Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the User's location. The applicable currency and final amount will be confirmed by the payment processor at the time of payment.

6.5. The amount charged includes a service fee for the intermediation, booking management, and customer support provided by the Owner.

7. Payments

7.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

7.2. The Owner does not store or process full payment card details.

7.3. By completing a payment, the User authorizes the full charge of the displayed amount.

8. Ticket Delivery

8.1. Tickets may be delivered up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity. For bookings made less than 24 hours before the activity, tickets may be delivered up to 1 hour before the start time.

8.2. It is the User's sole responsibility to provide a valid, active email address and to check their inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for booking confirmations and tickets.

8.3. The Owner shall not be liable for non-receipt of tickets resulting from an incorrect, mistyped, or inactive email address provided by the User.

8.4. The User expressly accepts these delivery timeframes.

9. Attendee Data and Nominative Tickets

9.1. Where a booking includes tickets for multiple attendees, the User must provide accurate information for each attendee (including, where applicable, name, age range, and country or EEA residency status) before the booking can be completed.

9.2. Tickets issued on the basis of attendee data are personal and non-transferable, and may only be used by the individuals whose data was provided at the time of booking.

9.3. The Owner shall not be responsible for denied access resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent attendee data provided by the User, including incorrect declarations of age or residency status used to determine applicable pricing categories.

9.4. Once a booking is confirmed, attendee data cannot be modified except in the case of a manifest error communicated to the Owner promptly and before tickets are issued, and always at the Owner's discretion.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

10.1. Due to the nature of leisure services tied to a specific date, certain bookings are non-refundable.

10.2. Specific conditions vary depending on the service and are detailed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10.3. Where applicable under European Union consumer protection law, by completing a booking the User acknowledges that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these leisure services, in accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Users located outside the European Union are subject to the consumer protection rules of their own jurisdiction, which may differ; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory right the User may hold under such rules.

11. Liability

11.1. The Owner acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be held responsible for the execution of the services.

11.2. The Owner shall not be liable for:

• Changes, cancellations, or delays by providers
• Denied access due to incorrect user information
• Force majeure events

11.3. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. User Responsibility

12.1. The User is responsible for complying with all conditions imposed by the service provider.

12.2. The User must present valid identification where required.

13. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

13.1. The User agrees not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting the Owner.

13.2. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting evidence and may lead to legal action.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1. All content on this Website is protected by intellectual property laws.

15. Modifications
